I can not fill it right up there is still space for 2 more logs

There may be space but they've recently implemented weight limits. If you have the space but are unable to put logs in that means you've hit the limit. The number is location on the top right of the shed icon. 20.0kg

Its always weird seeing weight be a requirement when you have loot grids. They are like counter to each other.

Why would a container have a weight limit. Its not about the weight but the volume. Its not a structural floor or building but a crate or shed om the ground.
