Improvised Wheelbarrow Useless

I was so happy when I first made the wheelbarrow, but within 1 minute I soon felt rather depressed about it. I was pushing it along inside my base and happened to literally tap the wall with it and it just broke into pieces, its almost pointless to have something in the game that will just break apart by touching a wall. There also needs to be a "Store" option when holding F.

I havent crafted an improvised wheelbarrow yet. What is the HP? The metal one I found fairly quickly.

Useless, wut? Just because there is a bug with it, it dont mean its useless at all. Just dont go close to a wall with it and its fine. Also, this should go in the bug report section.

Useless, wut? Just because there is a bug with it, it dont mean its useless at all. Just dont go close to a wall with it and its fine. Also, this should go in the bug report section.

LOL of course its useless if it falls to pieces with the slightest of contact with anything

Its easy to avoid, stay away like 1m from walls... realy simple. But of course they need to fix it. In the forrest and stones etc, i didnt had one single problem with it.

Dude, Its a bug. Im sure it will be fixed soon.

I have found two now, one was on a farm in D4, other was in a construction site D4 just inside the city.

It all depends on the speed with which you pushed the wheelbarrow into the base building element. If you slow down and maintain a slower speed - it should barely do any damage. They are by no means " completely useless " as you've described them.

I picked it up by the handle and moved it the equivalent of 6 inches accidentally towards the wall at a slow pace and it feel to pieces, its certainly not worth the time and effort crafting

It makes no sense saying its not worth it, just because there is a bug with that. ITS EASY TO AVOID. And the wheelbarrow is great for basebuilding, its so quick and fun :D

At what point did the developer indicate it was a bug from this thread?

It is indeed completely useless and in fact makes the game even worse. Why?
1: Inventory size is way too small(it should fit at least 2 chests)
2: Dragging a chest is 5 times more efficient(you won't loose stamina, can carry more items at once, can move faster, can have a gun in hand ready to shoot)
3: IT COUNTS AS A F****ING VEHICLE, SO EVERY DAMN WHEELBARROW TAKES UP A VEHICLE SLOT ON THE SERVER AND WE WILL NEVER FIND A SINGLE CAR AGAIN.

Solutions for devs: Remove it from the game completely
While problem being solved: Destroy every wheelbarrow you see.

Improvised wheelbarrows don’t count against vehicle slots.
