Barbed Wire
First question: Where is the best place to look for barbed wire? I am trying to upgrade my base walls and barbed wire is definitely a bottleneck. I have been looking for days and unable to find even one.

Second Question: Are crafting recipes still a thing? I saw someone reply to an earlier thread about barbed wire saying the recipe to craft barbed wire is easier to find than barbed wire itself. I have never come across a crafting recipe. Is this still implemented in-game?
