If you go into single player and write the command: #listitems pants
You can see that there’s one set of pants pulled down and ready to go :)
Obviously works to be done for future would be my guess, not priority right now so be patience and use your imagination for now.

At this point, no. The pants do not come down. Just hold TAB, click on the toilet in the roundal, and poop/pee and leasure.

I don't think that this will come anywhere in the Future.
As seen in the commands, the Devs made experiments with this and all Pants in the Game would either need their own Physics Engine or re-created 5-7 Times per pants. Making 7 Models of every pants in the Game to have a 7 Frame Animation for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥... this might be a little over the top ;)
