Revive: how long until your dead body's loot vanishes?

Had a well fed, well equiped character but I got cocky and took on too many puppets. Close to death, another puppet jumped me and I was forced to use my gun... inevitably I was swamped with puppets seconds after.

Alt- F4. When I revive I guess my loot will be gone. If I revived straight away, how long would it stay on the ground?

Once you die, you have around 30 minutes to loot your own corpse before it vanishes. I say " around 30 minutes " because the timer on the corpse is 30 minutes, but once it vanishes - the equipment it was carrying is dropped on the ground in the vicinity and remains there for a small amount of time. You can have only once corpse active at any given time, meaning that if you die a second time while trying to reach your first corpse - the first corpse will despawn.

does this apply to both MP and SP? ive looked well over a dozen times in far less then 30 min each time and have never found my corpse or items. have looked all over, checked vicinity, looked all around the area and scanned the ground with my curser and nothing. gave up trying anymore

so in a way if you die, and the people are heading over to loot your body.
Just comit scuicide and they wont be able to lol as it removes the 1st corpse.

oh wait you said the loot still stays?

Yes, your body remains there even if you suicide.

Yes, your body remains there even if you suicide.

There is still review of some player with short guide about “what to do if you have problems with food?”
Make shelter, suicide, respawn on shelter, eat your own body. Review ends with “10/10 would eat myself again!” ^^

Weigh counts... 2-3 (fully loaded) equipment per dive. I other case you won't be able to dive up.

But main question of dispawn time in SP remains.
Made to my body location strait where I died like in 20 mins.
It wasn't there, and no sign of equipment around even via TAB...
