That guide doesn't make real sense since metabolism and nutrition will surely be reworked soon. But thanks anyway!

is that character intake of food and nutrition? or both "character intake of food" and in "game food & nutrition"?

thanks had actually created it a few months ago n forgot about it till today so if you have a particular deficiency just scroll down the page and look for either

Nurition

Vitamins

Minerals

and the foods that are most beneficial to a particular deficiency will be listed in the easy to follow guide

I was concentrating on the most common foods and those that are most abundant & character sustainable (although rarer food items that can be found in containers and produced food tinned and packet foods left out are/still can be very beneficial) there's enough there to keep any character fit and healthy

I hope it helps folks and it should be very beneficial less daunting and less time consuming for new players and existing players too :)

Err, it's actually very much coherent and way easier to read. Clearly not a mess since everything is in tables.

eh? nah.

if you actually take the time to look at it (which you clearly didn't) You will notice that items are in a random order in their category and my list, lists the items in an order which gives the best benefits per category they are listed under

you spent more effort in your post than you did even looking and comparing

Neither format is really right or wrong - it's just that they're asking two related but contextually different questions:

The Scumtrition Guide asks "What happens if I eat [[food category/type]]?"

Your guide asks "How do I change my [[Nutrient /Vitamin/Mineral]] levels?"

Having worked in data visualization for a while, I think the average user probably asks the 1st more than the 2nd, but the 2nd is still an important question.

If someone really wanted to do a complete nutrient guide, they'd combine both formats into one.
