What is the gunplay like in this game?

Just wondering because I might get this game, also what are the servers like and the experinece too?

Its the worst part of the game, the sniping is ok when the server isnt lagging, and dont let people come in here and lie to you about "ITS YOU BRO THAT NEVER HAPPENS TO ME" or "LAG? GET A BETTER PC!" its been the major issue with the game from day 1, server get 40+ people and player models start doing janky desync crap, its why the game is dying, everything els about the game is great but those critical moments feel so bad during high pop times that it makes people leave the game, kill trading, people warping around. none of this manifests on the client side so people dont experiance it untill they have an interaction with other players.

I would say don't play high player count servers and play servers from around your location. Gun play can be fun. At the moment it's more simple than Dayz and it's more detailed reloading and such.

There is no desync/lag on full 64/64 OFFICIAL servers. I tested this myself on multiple servers after an optimization update. Haven't tried a full official server after the last update, so there is a small chance they messed up something but I will.

People that has no play in months telling lies about lag that now doesn't exist.
Tested in a 82 players server, no lag, with 90 there is something noticiable, not very big but still playable, search some server with a 64 players cap and it will run smooth.

Feels good to see that performance issues seem to be a thing of the past. I guess devs think so as well. Had no lag issues either.

Sadly I play alone since I find most survival games fun to do it solo and see what I can find, Imma get escape from Tarkov too since I love me a good old loot and survive game.

All of the survival games I have played were never a waste of time at all and this game seems to be one that is most fun with a squad. But for now I will just play alone and most likely will be that way for a while.

But I hope that everything goes well for you and if you buy this game then you will get a squad or a partner of some kind too!

Good luck on Tarkov. If the AH bots don't get you the players jenking connection to 160 will.
As for hiding imagine trying to hide on a counter strike level, the only real way is if nobody goes that way anyways.

Imma still get it because I don't see people like that whenever I watch streamers play and such. Sounds like you had a rough time playing it.

If I may ask how many times have you played it or was it a one time thing?

Just wondering because I'm trying to keep a open mind about it before I buy it or anything like that.
