Types of food - nutritional values
Where can I find a list of the types of food that i can find and their nutricional values (ex. Proteins, types of vitamins, etc.)

Online just look up real world values for the food you find ingame

Maybe someone on reddit did a guide or something, the wiki does not have any of that info yet.

So... If I take my shirt of (i cannot) and stand in the sun i will get vitamin D???

No, but you can eat the odd misshaped red mushrooms and get VitD. I had 4 of them and my VItD went to 190% :D

There are way more foods in the game than mushrooms! Also that "guide" has zero infomation. It's not even a guide, just images of some mushrooms lol.

The handbook that comes with the supporter pack has some nutritional information also.
