Dedicated Server Setup (Windows)

Hey there, i like to install a dedicated server on windows.
I try this Setup guide: https://scum-server.com/server-setup

Download steamcmd
Install SCUM
steamcmd +login anonymous +force_install_dir ../scum +app_update 630230 +validate +quit

Start SCUM Server:
start "" /NORMAL "C:\Users\Jefferson\Downloads\scum\DNL\Binaries\Win64\DNLServer.exe" "/Game/DNL/Maps/CapeOfSacredPath/DNL_ALL?QueryPort=27016?SessionName=JEFFPrivate?MaxPlayers=127?listen?ServerAdminPassword=XXX?DifficultyOffset=0.500000?NewMaxStructuresInRange=6000.000000?GlobalVoiceChat=true?ProximityChat=true?NoTributeDownloads=false?AllowThirdPersonPlayer=true?AlwaysNotifyPlayerLeft=false?DontAlwaysNotifyPlayerJoined=false?ServerHardcore=false?ServerPVE=false?ServerCrosshair=true?ServerForceNoHUD=false?ShowMapPlayerLocation=true?EnablePvPGamma=true?DisableStructureDecayPvE=false?AllowFlyerCarryPvE=false" -nosteamclient -game -server -log

There are open a console with this lines:
Setting breakpad minidump AppID = 529180

[2018.09.07-17.54.00:372][ 0]LogMemory: Process Physical Memory: 57.34 MB used, 57.34 MB peak

[2018.09.07-17.54.00:372][ 0]LogMemory: Physical Memory: 7166.98 MB used, 16344.37 MB total
[2018.09.07-17.54.00:373][ 0]LogMemory: Virtual Memory: 4427.80 MB used, 134217728.00 MB total

But i cant connect over my local ip 127.0.0.1:27016

Anyone can help me?

Try to use a dns instead of your ip

Looks good and shady. No one here is going to help you with that. The dedicated files haven't been released by the devs yet.

These are not the Scum Serverfiles. Its from Dark and Light. The Dedicated Files from Scum will be released in the far future

DNLServer.exe LMFAO. Should read what the commands you run on your machines actually say before doing that. Thats how you get hacked my friend.

Know it's many years ago, but you where running a Dark and Light server

Where did you find the number 630230? the game id tells me that it is 513710

на самом деле Вы сейчас указали идентификатор клиента, а вот серверная часть будет 911460 и да она не скачивается так как доступ на пароле от разрабов и дан он только нескольким хостерам.

Сейчас иду по Вашим стопам. Только вот уже на уровне идентификатора 911460 не дает скачать серверную часть, разрабы дали доступ только хостингам и сидят походу на %. Можно запустить в виде одиночной игры и расшарить доступ, а вот через консоль к сожалению пока не нашел варианта
