nvidia filter

hello else is anyone having a problem with the nvidia filter? the filter stopped working I can't get it to work.

Nvidia filter has been disabled, since people were using it to make their nights brighter in-game and thus getting an unfair advantage.

The side effect of this is it has ruined the game for some of us who play single player, and dislike the flat and washed out look of the graphics without it.

I understand the reasons for it being disabled, but some of us did not abuse it (no point in single player) and just wanted to make the game look better. Exploiters have ruined it for those like me.

Doubt I will play either mode much now.

Just change the settings on your monitor or in Gforce control panel. The filters were just a short cut.

exploiters always ruin it for others, that's the way it's always been, no point in complaining about it now, all we can do is keep reporting it and hope for the best, now this other guy above is posting about using another one, maybe geforce control panel should be taking away also or maybe they should receive a ban for posting about more exploits

Are you suggesting i be banned? I'm not pointing out an exploit friend I'm simply explaining how a piece of common retail tech is used. Nvidia didn't just invent light and color settings, this is common tech now for decades. If you really believe no one would change the settings built into their monitor you're truly naive. I was never in support of keeping filters in but pretending that they were something unique is just dumb.

Also, there's no way to turn off control panel.

Simply saying anyone exploiting to gain any advantage should be banned, whether it be building on unreachable roofs or using light advantages to see at night. Hopefully when game reaches 1.0 and we report these things the Devs will come into the servers and instantly ban these people
