When you open it, look for the paragraph that reads :
[SCUM.WorldEvents]
TimeBetweenEventsMin=30
TimeBetweenEventsMax=240
CargoDropFallDelay=60.0
CargoDropFallDuration=60.0
CargoDropSelfDestructTime=1200.0
That's where you can edit your SP supply drop rate. The above pasted values are default.
At least not for me and some others in SP.
I guess I had now around 30 hours in SP since the last patch and had an airdrop twice in that time.
One landed in C3 one in B2.
At both occasions I spend a lot of time in the North of the map before D1-4 before heading down South.
Both times very short afer I crossed the D/C border the notification for the airdrop appeared.
Nothing happens when I am in other parts of the map.
TimeBetweenEventsMin=2
TimeBetweenEventsMax=2
CargoDropFallDelay=1
CargoDropFallDuration=.5
CargoDropSelfDestructTime=600
These are the settings I have on my server atm. I was testing out the numbers and it gives me a cargo drop roughly every 2 minutes with 1 being destroyed at 10 minutes so there's consistently 5 on the map.
Alternatively, you could set it like this:
TimeBetweenEventsMin=10
TimeBetweenEventsMax=10
CargoDropSelfDestructTime=900
This should give you one drop every 10 minutes with one destroyed at 15 minutes.
No effect.
thank you for help it looks like its working now i just got my first drop and i put in the 2nd one it must take some time for it to start working coz i went for my tea come back to the game loaded back in an 10min later a supple drop has showen up
How do i get my airdrops back????
I did some testing today, with these settings for Airdrops:
[SCUM.WorldEvents]
TimeBetweenEventsMin=5
TimeBetweenEventsMax=10
CargoDropFallDelay=60.0
CargoDropFallDuration=60.0
CargoDropSelfDestructTime=3600.0
I started with a new character in D4, way up in the North at the coast.
I stayed in the North and slowly made my way down South to "Big City", did some business there.
No airdrop for 1:10h.
I moved further South to C3 (to "Zargoje") and got the first Airdrop at 1:20h (dropped at the C3/B3 border).
Then a second at 1:38h (in C2)
and a third and fourth (in C3 and B3)
I picked them all. So I stayed in that C/B area of the map (besides: two of the drops, N#1 and N#4 were Puppet-Drops...)
After that I stopped at 2:20
Started a second session with the same character still located in C3 ("Zargoje").
Got two Airdrops after 15 and 18 minutes (both in B3).
Went back to the Big City and spent the next 1:30h in the D area of the map:
No more airdrops until I made my way back again to Zargoje.
Arrived at Zargoje (C3) at 1:57, got notification of the first airdrop at 1:58.
I'll see whether I made this test again tomorrow....for today that shall be it :)
Looks as though already now it's pretty obvious that there's some hickup in the Airdrop-Mechanix
You might be onto something here, I have been getting zero airdrops but stay in the D area of the map. I'll have to test this as well and travel into another zone besides the D's
Yeah, probably...
I continued in a third session with the same character, stayed in Zargoje (C3) for quite a while....
No Airdrops in about 90 minutes.
So it looks as if passing some certain "trigger-point" on the map is needed to start the airdrop-mechanism.
Will continue the trials by moving back to North and back again.
