Pissing your pants
No way in hell am I standing up to pee if I'm concealed in a bush trying not to die IRL. Any plans on implementing such a thing here? Same for pooping - I will literally fill up my draws if it means not being seen.

i can imagine it being hard to aim (less than perfect concentration) and running a lot slower with .. well you know. probably slaughter the durability of those pants too. like -33% durability? yeah

Yes. Once we implement diseases and some extra need for keeping clean, we will change the way that works too.

That's what I love about the game. Even taking a leak needs to be done tactically. Depending on the biosphere you're in, there are tall bushes that conceal you when standing.

Other than that, you just really need to consider bodily functions into your tactics. Waiting until it's too late can cost you your life.
