Hey SCUM community!

My character has too much fat compared to my protein. I want to know what "Food" gives you alot of protein but not alot of fat?
I am not asking for a guide that tells me what "Metabolism" is... I already know how that works...

Donkey meat is pretty good and low an fat.
Chicken is also good.
Potatoes if I remember correctly. They give you carbs and protein and have no fat at all.

Eat more crow! Lots of protein and very little salt.

If your guy is too fat, make him run more and start only eating vegetables and cooked meat. Also everytime you eat make sure you drink enough to fill your bladder to go pee and reduce you sodium. One other thing is eat in small increments (eat something then cancel it at 15-25% then repeat until it is gone. It will fill you up quicker)

if yur guy gets fat which WILL happen no matter what becos metabolism is an continues to be ♥♥♥♥, die an loot yur body it resets weight.
dont suicide, last I knew that does not reset weight.
