vehicle repair kits?

I have one of these and a damaged ATV. when i click on the ATV there is no option for repair. what am i doing wrong?

It’s probably that your engineering skill is to low. That little circle to the left of your engineering line, is it just a circle or is there a quarter white pie in it. I don’t remember if a quarter or half of that circle needs to be white to repair vehicles. So if you don’t have any white in that circle you need to grind, build and build and remember you get more skill points for repairing what you built.

True - I have no engineering skill and can`t repair a car with a vehicle repair kit. Will be interessting whats minimum is necessary for repairing a car. I can only use a sewing kit for cloth :).

You have to have at least 100.000 engineering skill points to be able to repair a car.

Yep, it's the engineering skill. Easiest way to progress through it would be to build stuff. Or find somebody who can repair it for you (make sure you guys meet in the safe zone so he can't kill you and capture your car).

Is that different in single player? I'm only a basic engineer, quarter circle, 11,279/100,000 and I can repair my vehicle. It's just minor damage so far, a few repair kit points at most, but it works.
