They even built a wall encircling themsleves.
There must be a reason. Funny that in all this time on the forum, we've had very little discussion on fire in scum
True, but it's an immediate solution.
I think most avoid it.
Many have built extravagant bases and want no counter. So they do not talk about it.
That said, I might have to bring this subject up again after the update. I think the Devs are to busy to respond atm.
If it showed a nuclear mushroom cloud in the background, it's safe to say there are nukes in the game (or coming to the game)
LOL quite possible too I suppose.
No doubt the most macro injection hacks would afford it too,
You can temper wood to counter fire.
Mud cased wood, possibly other methods,
I am no expert but just mentioning history.
Edit: And it would be very good to bring this up after update. As you stated.
Thank you OG. Yet again no doubt.
I'm mainly concerned that it's just part of the cover art and they have no plans for huge fires (maybe the engine can't even handle huge fires)
Like bases, I could care-a-less about fire. I do care about potential customers buying the game thinking there is fire as depicted on the cover art.
That's called false advertising and is not cool at all. But these Devs are smarter then that. They must want to implement fire in some way other than cooking and lighting
Well, let's see what they say:
I reckon you'd have to be confident and experienced doing this.
You would not want to encircle your own troops with immolatory fire.
Can we get some feedback or something?
They should concentrate on the update anyways (I'm really excited about it!)
Maybe these sort of things, according reality a bit much, should be considered even with some game mechanics.
In fact, forget what I said before....
You are totally so right!
Mud caked walls for me if I ever build a base.
