It is where arrows are generally carried and easy to get to, on the back is from old Robin Hood films and pretty much useless to get an arrow from.
I like this idea. Lots of folks in the real world use hip quivers (and quivers on the bow for a small number of arrows). Bows are not going to replace rifles, but as they can be more fun for those that like them, it would be good to have a hip quiver or bow mounted ones (or both) and still have the two back "holsters" for a spear or a rifle and our bow when not in our hands.
I'd carry the back mounted one just to feel like Robin Hood, but rping aside, I can fully understand the practicality of a quiver that doesn't get so much in the way. My guess is we will first see the back slot quiver, and the hip mounted will come at a later date when they introduce other types of holsters as well.
