On a ultrawide 21:9
3440x1440
l get 45 to 60 fps with all maxed out (each setting at max value possible)
In my experience the settings that affect fps somehow are
Render resolution (hugely)
Texture quality (fairly)
2 x Strix 1080 SLI Overclocked
16gb Ram
SSD
On a ultrawide 21:9

Ultra settings (only lowered to 60 render resolution)
Average 60 FPS (sometimes, depending the map zone and number of players: 80 FPS)

nvidia 1060 6gb vram

Around 90 FPS with everything on max in 1080p on the average.
But can fluctuate quiet a bit.

Your FPS should be fine. Pretty well optimised at this point at least for me.
all high settings apart from shadow precision 60-90 FPS
