Even after long periods of time without any injury or malnutrition my con and dex continue to go negative. Is it possibly a bug or working as intended?
Storage fat right now isn’t working the way reality works or muscle gain for that matter...so it’s very difficult and time consuming to lose storage fat. ( takes hours just to drop a kg or two) compared to the rate it goes on you when you are calorie positive regardless of your fat intake.
To lose storage fat currently you have to put your calories in the negative to go into a starving state phase 4. While eating high protein low fat food to keep protein in your system to prevent strength loss and muscle loss during this process.and water of course I’ll grab a few screens of what your metabolism screen should look like in a min a edit them in shortly after this post. So you’ll be eating the entire time but keepin your balance at about negative 3000.(-2000 and lower is stage 4 starving) your main fuel here will be bread, white flour( carb source so you don’t burn protein) and preferably canned tuna for its high protein content low fat content.
You’ll be doing good when your protein is at 1400% ,carbs @ 150% to 250% and fat lower then protein at around 1000%
So eating during this will look like this :You’ll want to eat some flour for the carbs then a can of tuna, then run tell that’s used up and your carbs start dropping. Keeping your cal balance around minus 2400 to 4000. And your stomach volume below 17%
You will find your max stamina reduces during this time so what you want to do here to get it back up is have your stomach above 17% bread works wonders here as it takes a while for you’re stomach to digest it getting your MSR(stamina regen) back up while pausing the starving state briefly enough to raise msr back up a % or so at time( you’ll understand when you see it happen) while still remaining negative cal balance
youll need to run around as well so I recommend doing laps around a body of water or close by to one so you don’t over heat. You can go as low a 0.0 kg storage...

Rare as can be those loaves of salvation .. kitchens. Mostly microwaves I’ve found them in.( even though there’s a non functional bread box on every countertop on the island it seems microwaves are the spot to stash your bread)
