Pooping chocolate bars?

I swear to god, yesterday my char was pooping out a chocolate bar!
Anyone see that same crazy stuff????

Actually I also pooped out a chocolate bar after the last patch and I don't own the supporter pack.

yes supporter pack got Fed after the patch,i have supporter and dont poop nothing,somthing is very wrong here,please fix it

I have the Supporter pack and have not passed anything other then crap. Regardless of death respawn or reload. Nothing zip nil

You poop only once per character life. So if you die your first poop has the item the next ones dont give it anymore.

I pooped twice in a row. The first one I gave birth to a purple dildo. Second one dropped a m9 mag. Also do not own the supporter pack.

Maybe there should be an implimentation of a how many slots your prison wallet can hold? Maybe even drop the pockets off the jail uniform and allow that to be our secret stash?
