Singleplayer offline mode?

Yush, i just wondering only, then do you can play singleplayer mode in offline mode? If you can play offline mode, i buy this a game.

Can you also create multiprofile / charachers in the a game & game is not just only single profile/characher gameplay?

You can be completely offline when playing single player. Log into Steam in offline mode and SCUM plays just fine. You will be able to play the game and still face puppets and techs and do everything else. You just won't have other players to contend with.

-I don't play steam games in steam offline mode but, only with out internet if need.

I am not sure of you need a active internet connection to play it singleplayer as for the DRM / validation. Might need a dev to answer that for you.

Full offline mode is not that you need "active internet connection" to play singleplayer offline mode. That i looking for, im still not sure if you can play this with out DRM.

Because you have to possible to play this game, even or after if "servers was down".

You don't need any connection to start Steam in offline mode. You can play SCUM single player without any connection, at all.

As long as your steam account own the game you need no internet connection to play the game singleplayer

MAYBE the very first time, no idea about a necessary intialisation
