As far as I know, you can't. You just need to have enough fame points for the option of spawning near team mate.

And then he killed him 4:55 again after his teammate was on his body and did something idk.

i guess he just spawned in the same area and his friend just lootet his weapons and ammo so it doesn´t despawn.
