I haven't had this happen to me, the pot usually appears on the ground after eating the food. Was the quality of the pot low and it was no longer usable after the meal?

no it was brand new. happended twice allready.
first time i thought it was a bug or what you said second time i made sure it had full durabilty

I read in another post it is a bug after the last patch

lol thats intresting... and also buggy, because when you craft food it makes the requierments into food itself including the pot xD

yep. it's a bug in the last patch. cooking pots can disappear after cooking. before you could make popcorn and it ended up in a pot and an empty cooking pot was next to it. i guess they tried to fix that but introduced a bug where the pot gets removed completely instead. :)

Ive never lost a cooking pot...
After cooking it drops it right where i used it for cooking.
The cooked meals dont use it and it just looks like its stil in the pot

Our chars eat cooking pots too, they seem to be yummy yummy, those pots. xD

Can´t skill cooking right now, because i have to search for cooking pots first, for several days. Happens to all of the cooking pots we tried, they were all full quality.

The blue items are optional and not needed for cooking.

Have to start the game now and try it, didn´t even notice that there is something blue, wanted to mess around with the cooking today, just cooked one veggie soup yet, for the first time yesterday.

Same problem for me... in single player mode my character ate my cooking pot with cooked vegetables in it - twice.
