Vitamin B12 is naturally found in animal products, including fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and milk products. Vitamin B12 is generally not present in plant foods, but fortified breakfast cereals are a readily available source of vitamin B12 with high bioavailability for vegetarians
Real life doesn't hold true to SCUM many times. Right off the top of my head, you can't get vitamin D from sitting in the sun in SCUM like you can IRL. Half an hour in the sun is 100% of your daily Vit. D requirements, however in SCUM, you need to find a specific shroom. (At least that's what I found) so, you're right that I didn't look up real world applications of B12, because they don't always apply to the game. With that said, I have YET to kill a single animal in this game. I suck too much to kill or track them, so odds are pretty good that, in this case, you're right about it being in animal products.
I appreciate your answer, I just wanted to clarify why I didn't look up real wold vitimin gains.
Lol I actually have vitimin tablets and have not yet taken them. I'm carrying so much ♥♥♥♥ on me that they got lost in the loot. Thanks for that reminder until I can find some animal products.
