Crafting (again)

Yesterday I posted about struggeling to craft basic items. Confusion surrounding why I couldn't craft when i have all the required components. So today i found thread that was 10/10 and i was able to craft an item that i couldn't craft with a 7/10 thread roll.

So i am guessing when you need something like wire, thread etc 10/10 is a complete item. If this is the case what is the point in items with less than 10/10, more so as we can not combine partial items to make a whole item.

I think survival level might have something to do with it. Not sure though.

Impossible for me to craft a shelter. The color was orange so that means i has the skill uh ? Then i spent 30 min to gather the wood sticks... a real pain in the ***.... specially because it sometimes hard to remember where you left your ******g sticks because of vegetation !

I said to myself it was a bug, then the guy came. He hit my back with his pickaxe !! I fought him with my axe, but he killed me after 4 minutes of laggy deathmatch. Not a good day lol...

Survival does effect things like recipes / counts.
In your 10/10 example yes.. that is a whole thread spool. It becomes important in cases of like a repair later on. Needle + Thread wont use all the item for a repair.
Plus items add together so like 8/10 and a 4/10 = 1 spool + 2 /10 left. It's kind of moot atm but does serve a purpose for later. And the rework is coming sooner rather than later according to dev.

Sticks, cloth etc... dont forget you can bundle sticks / cloth / just about anything and make it much easier to carry so you dont lose them.

a lot people think 1 rope is enough because it says 10/10 but you need 2 10/10 ropes ;)

seriously guys, just understand how it s working, there isn't anything hard in the crafting system...

Its not about if its hard or not.. its the fact that the current system is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid.
I can craft a knife from stones.
Spears from wood and stones
An axe from wood and stones
Ammunition from scrap, blah blah and blah
Make a fire and light it
but I cant make a simpe wooden box.. even though I just spent 10 minutes cutting down massive trees and processing those logs into planks.

Well the point for me is not to discuss if the crafting system is good or bad. The point is : is ti buggy or not ?

crafting a wooden crate ask something like... 3 minutes... :
cut a three, make a rope instant
cut a second three make the second rope instant
cut a three, make 3 set of planks
make 3 pile of planks
put it where u want and uncraft it
craft your boxe...

Charognard says he usually have no bugs with craft... So maybe i missed something
