Hyperthermia(explained)
to end hyperthermia you need to watch what food intake you have within must have a carb source
(intake)
skewed meat for example has a higher protein/carb over water
cucumber has a higher water/carb intake so taking 1 of ea would be optimal for normal level's of intake
(medical)
making sure your ingestive system is working 100% will control tempreture via bcu unit alot easier take of all gear for around 3-5 minute's wait for the tempreture deviation to be around 0.5 and below and you should be good to go.

(things so far i noticed cause hyperthermia)
:Incorrect Food intake
:not watching bladder and colon system
:over use of stamina "causes high tempreture and over use of intake"
test me had my character alive since get go. lol
for vitamin D id suggest sunflower seeds or other carb vegetable's(becarefull can cause hyperthermia quite easily)

hope this helps =D

BCU unit is best thing in this game watch it learn it and youll master the survival simulator to a human =D quite interesting

Thanks for the info! I've noticed that no matter what I do, if I camp out in a bunker, in full gear for too long, I eventually get hyperthermia...no matter what I eat/drink. Overheating because I'm inside? What's the best way to get rid of it once you have it?

Ive found wearing a tactical sweater is too much and contributes to hyperthermia. Just too hot so stopped wearing them and havent had an issue since.

Same, if I have ski mask and resperator on at same time when wearing all layers I gotta take some things off, and in like 20 - 30 mins I had stage 2 go away.

Hyperthermia has nothing to do with that. It's all about your temperature, take som clothes in your BP if u get lvl 1 hyperthermia, if hypothermia its the other way around.

It isn't worth wearing a sweater, shirt, or shorts. The tiny amount of extra storage space isn't worth the additional heat.
Once I stopped wearing those items, hyperthermia became easy to control.
