gtx 970ti phantom 4gb here and i have the feeling after playing a hour or so my fps go from 70 to 35

hey boys/girls look up how many posts about fps dropoffs there is then go and look at how many people with 1080ti's have this issue. its nothing to do with our systems and that was my entire point. so you can stop over thinking. also the main dev said that they were aware of the issue and are working on it as of 2 days ago. so.... stop acting like you know something i dont. i probably have done much more in the IT world than you but unfortunately i have signed an NDA forcing me to keep it to myself.

Then you should know memory leaks are a common issue in many games. And that hardware from different manufacturers CAN cause issues.

And your attitude says otherwise of your accolades. If you are telling the truth... the nsa needs to stop being sloppy contracting. Don't brag about signing NDA's. That's just pretentious and disingenious trying to add worth to your opinion.

game runs flawlessly on my pc with preset epic settings.
game starts at a solid 70fps and inside wile heavy raining it can reach over 100 inside buildings ( the fps fluctuation is absolute minimal, props to that)
after some hours its around 60-65.
it rarely ever goes below 60 for me

yes i agree different systems run differently obviously. but it seems that this is not my problem to solve it is the developers who NEED to learn to test their own games before they write up a system requirement list, or they need to over shoot the system requirement so they can later optimize and then lower the system requirement list. just because every game maker now a days is doing a bad job at optimizing doesnt mean they SHOULD.

So you agree specific hardware combos can cause issues. That is my point, they devs NEED to know if it is hardware related. Which they are obviously not sure of. Complaining about them asking for specs is asinine at this point.

If you work in IT you should know how in depth you have to get in the process of elimination when working with code.

The leaky boat theory applies to all forms of software. As an IT specialist you should know this. let them dive in and see where it goes. Being frustrated at them for simply asking helps not you nor them.

im loving the dev's questioning peoples systems 2 days after they were told by a few hundred people that the game is having stutters and FPS drop offs that get worse the longer you play. you guys know your game isnt optimized so just say that youre working on it instead of questioning whether or not were smart enough to read the system requirements YOU and YOUR team wrote. the most powerful cards and systems have these issues on multi and single player. yes some people with literally $5K in a computer can run it but they could also run Star citizen like its a 2bit game so....fix your game and stop questioning us as if were the ones who screwed up. thanks. great game potential, loving it but i wish i could play it in a stable or even semi stable frame rate.
