Vitamin E
Hey guys,

I was playing last night with a friend and his health started plummeting when his vitamin E hit zero. He died pretty quickly. Is there a way to know what food/drink replenishes each vitamin?

Vitamins D and E
So when i run out of pills i really need a way to keep them in check.

Any tips on what foods to eat to boost your D and E vitamins?

I usually just eat whatever I can / have to try and boost them. They need to add nutrition labels to the foods so we can tell the vitamin intake a bit better :)

I know in real life you get Vitamin D from sunlight, I've had some success keeping it at about 25% by taking my jacket off when I don't need it and running around with just a short sleeved shirt, putting my jacket on when I need the space. I haven't been able to get it OVER 25% though. Vitiman E you get from meat I'm pretty sure.

Its kind of dumb that they have all these little details that you need to keep up but you cant hover over them to find out what food/drink corresponds to it... As of right now, its a guessing game and I just tend to eat everything I find

I just ate half a boar, no effect :( The tomato sauce gave me a slight boost to 5% in E.

And im not noticing any effect from laying naked in the sun.

I'm unsure then, try going into towns and picking fruit off of trees (most small trees in yards seem to have fruits) and harvesting crops that you can find there (A lot of houses can have small veggie patches or greenhouses) to eat a more varied diet. I have a suspician Vitiman D might not be working properly.

i was just about to say this... Vegetables are going to be your best sources of D and E, the green leafy kinds... Kale, Spinich, Brocolli, etc etc.
