Report a translation problem
If you have a bladed weapon or scissors, you can cut clothing you're wearing or find into these.
If the clothing is "Dirty", meaning you stole it from a zombie, you'll have to dunk the pieces into water first by carrying them (by hand or on your person in any way will do) and manually going into the water for a few moments.
To heal up, there's medication you can find, as well over time you'll regenerate health. It's not at at all a fast process even with medication.
In future updates, they plan to allow you to 'doctor' other players or yourself by diagonosing the problem and finding a cure to the issue.
If you exit the store and grab the item from the desk, you will not be able to use the stone to convert it to cloth!
