How do you HEAL!!!

I got attacked by a bear and it injured my leg. I began to die slowly and not being able to craft bandages or any healing items I couldn't heal....How do you HEAL injuries in this game?

But how do you get rags that aren't dirty rags FFS? No matter what I cut up it ends up a dirty rag. Is there any way to tell before you cut it up?

most clean clothes is found in buildings, if a zombie had it its dirty. plan ahead and cut up a few next time you find a shirt you dont need in a home

you can still heal off dirty rag. just cut it into rag strip.

u need badaged up until it wont let u. otherwise ur hp will still go down. could be something else. need check ur metabolism. it should tell you
