Hold tab, you'll get a new menu. Right side of that menu, you can choose to poop, vomit or urinate.

Yes. Open TAB, then Metabolism tab and check lower right corner. You will see, real time, how your food is processing. Your colon and bladder will become fuller... So if you're over 50% you can piss or poop to get it out of the way. :)

Or you can open that screen and eat something to see how your stomach is filling and how the food then travels through your intestines and to their "end points".
