Sneaking / Snakes & Venom
Will sneaking be an option in the future?

Some kind of skill that will help reduce the sound you make when moving through areas.

And can we expect some kind of venom mechanic, being bitten by something wild (Snakes as an example) that would slowly drain health until treated.

I think both would be quite cool.

Snakes will be in game, we have the pills to treat poisoning in the game so possibly yes. Also I've read somewhere that we will have take downs so possibly sneaking will be a thing. Mind your weight tho... more equipment means louder movement.

Oh that’s sweet, I haven’t come across any yet, but ta good to know.

Take downs is this kind of playstyle I would love to try.

Yeah all this is coming, there are going to be so many ways to die, ive been stockpilling all sorts of meds, Sedative injections, Maleria pills, Poison pills....there are loads. Cant wait for this to all be put in,, then the real survivors will be left here to help develop a brilliant game while all the KOS kiddies sod off somewhere else :-)

Would be awesome to be able to combine Animal Husbandry and Survival to kill snakes etc etc, extract Venom and poisons, add them to traps and spears or booby trap boxes. Only real survivors will win in the end.

There's already a posion resist trait, or something similar on the character sheet, so you know something toxic is coming.

yes on both and stealth is already a working mechanic, if we get snakes i dont know but there would be many unhealthy things in the future related on the already lootable meds we have it would be not an easy trip to stay alive. about sneak/stealth is to say you need skill first and than youve to be light geared to make less noise. so you wouldnt be able at any point to sneak around in full battlerattle and make no noise thats the mechanik, also many ppl get shot by sentries simple the fact the sprint out of cover behind them youve to take it slow and let it get some distance before you start running. or take of your combatboots :D

we have already 4 very poisonus mushrooms which grow in europe in game and a magic mushroom too so i guess if they get em working it could be funny.
