How long in real time are day/night cycles ? ( single player )

Correct. I hope that at some point the current time will be saved when you exit the game. For now, all you can do to experience different times of day is use the #settime command. Unless you play continuously for hours and hours.

dunno if it was changed i not played this game in few months due to suddenly family share disable but it seemed like everytime u continue game the time reset to the same hour

i always only seen the same sunny day never experienced night or rain as i not play hours in one way and it reset everytime i did later continue

In my 350+ hours , i have never seen the street lights on or have seen the night .

Singleplayer or multiplayer ? Have you been playing with the same character for up to 6+ hours without exiting the game ?

This is why, and I'll bet single player.

Not hard to see if only SP. Night time comes slowly.

Before being able to successfully #settime in SP, it was mostly day light and sun set if you played long enough. The #settime command works very well now in SP.

i wish random time of day and weather by every time we load our savegame

it can simulate we was sleeping somewhere and it is always unpredicting how we continue next :)

Sorry i know this is old but im pretty new to the Game. :S

So i rented a smol Server and since i work i would like to play at Daytime (Ingame) under the Week. Mostly i start playing at 5PM. I set my Server to "StartTimeOfTheDay 8" and "TimeOfTheDaySpeed 0,50". Server Restart is at 4AM and 4PM. With "TimeOfTheDaySpeed 0,50" a Ingame Day (including Night) should be 12hrs, right? And the time i have Daylight should be 8hrs and Nighttime 4hrs? Is that right?! And everytime the Server restarts, its 8AM?! Yes? =)

Dalo by se to změnít tak že bude den 5 hodin a noc 1 hodina? bylo by to pro hráče mnohem lepší. hlavně udělat nastavení pro GAMMA aby si hráči mohli nastavit obraz tak jak potřebují :) děkuji za odpověd, S Pozdravem hráč BriiicksCZ

V ServerSettings.ini to můžete změnit v singleplayeru, v multiplayerovém serveru to mohou změnit také operátoři. Oficiální servery jsou záměrně nastaveny tak, jak jsou. :)

Within the ServerSettings.ini you can change this in the single player, in the multiplayer server operators can change that too. The official servers are intentionally set as they are. :)
