Make female characters more attractive

The female characters in this game look like.. actually I can't tell because they always turn their face away from the camera. But it's not good. Make them look better plz.

Have you seen what MOST female inmates look like in RL?
Pretty girls aren't usually getting locked up and if they are... their crimes wouldn't have them in a prison system like this.
