I generally play single player, because I'm old and suck at video games. However, sometimes I find something of a challenge and can't sleep until I resolve it.

I've been exploring the perimeter wall for a while and I see there are ledges you can stand on. I've tried building platforms, cabins, furniture stacked on furniture stacked on cabins and have even tried spawning in trucks to see if it got me close enough to the ledge around C1 (I think...can't remember if that's the area I tried) and I still come up a few feet short.

Has anyone, successfully, managed to scale the giant grey behemoth? It's not like I expect to find anything there, it's just driving me batty.

"control d" at the main menu to fly around in "DRONE" mode is THE best way to see everything in Scum....theres another Command to be able to "FLY" thru walls somewhere on the internet .

The wall is there so you guys can't see that ugly terrain texture on the other side. It's actually protecting your eyes. Joke aside, the plan is to expand the island somewhere in the future so that you can also wonder a bit more inland ... the walls will have control points controlled by TEC-1 guards and depending on your reputation you will be able to cross them directly or have to fight your way through ( or find alternative ways to cross the walls ). This is mind you - still just an idea, so don't take it for granted.

In my experience, testing the edge of the map results in a message along the lines of 'return to play area'. I have pushed it and had my head blown up even as an admin lol. This includes my attempting to cross over the wall from the top at various sides/places etc so i dont recommend it! What you can see from looking over wall may well change anyway in future if they decide to expand or increase mapsize.

ok one small tip, you need to spawn something in several times that can be crafted too, but only if you spwn it in via commands it works to gain altitude.

geycen. Then you should join up with our band. There's 3 of us. We're all old and suck at PC games, but we have fun doing it.
