It makes no sense to find a Cleaver that has the same size and damage like all other knifes.
Scalpel is the best one (takes only one slot to store) ...
The Scout White should take only one place - cuz it can transform into a smaller size just like the famous Swiss knife.
I hope they will make a difference between the tools, sizes, durability and damage someday.
Would suggest that they make silent kills better awarded with FP, or make an achievment for cold weapons kills.
I think its one of the lowest weight knives ingame too.
There is no such thing as 'infected' in SCUM. But if you're referring to the puppets, a shotgun between the eyes is best.
If I had to choose a melee weapon to kill puppets with ( not counting in the suicide puppets ), that would probably be a katana. More good choices are : Sledgehammer ( if you have the STR to carry lots of gear ), Pickaxe, Improvised Sword, Metal Baseball Bat and from the knife family - the Bushman.
