Unauthorized paid servers

Look closely - admins sell in-game items for REAL MONEY.
There's even the price list. Unban, for example, costs 300 rubles (about 5$), pack of ammo is 30 rubles (20 cents). There are even hacked items for sale - for example, N9 bayonet that kills in 1 hit (normal one require like 10-20 hits) for as little as 250 rubles (4$).

How their fraud scheme works:
Player joins their server, because official servers are empty. Admins insult player, kill him, etc. Player insults them back. Sentence like "WTF, man?" is enough to ban a player. Then, admins contact the player and offer him unban for money.
They try to accumulate as much players as possible, let them play for a while and then player pays them to not lose countless hours he invested in his character on certain server.

Selling Ingame Items from a Game you don't own goes far beyond the "normal usage" of a Game-Server and is actually illegal. You should contact G-Portal.

I, of course, would never pay such people, but some players can fall into that trap. Developers now have this info and can act accordingly.
I think that this is a copyright infringement that goes far beyond even using the game for profit in cyber cafes without dev permission.
While i am generally strongly pro-piracy person, Gamepires putting hard work in this game and deserve more money and info on what players do.

I think he means that the Devs should know about illegal activity's.
But this is actually G-Portals Job. Would someone be so nice and make a ticket?

Why it is not recommended to trade game items for real money?
Commercial license - the receipt of income from the product.
If the developers freely allowed to make a profit from the game - this is one thing, but there is no such!
Commercial licenses include: Commercial, the main goal of such programs is to make a profit, the program code is closed.
Installing the game in computer clubs that involve income generation - require a commercial license from the owner of the club! Otherwise, it is fraud, deception product developer, program.
Making a profit from the sale of game items is also a fraud, a commercial license is required!

Actually its more about G-portal. You can ask technical support about it.

I registered on their forum, wrote about this and got no answer yet, because their forum is empty. Is the G-Portal in charge of the game sales or something? Because their server system for the game in not the best, to say at least.
