Bug reporting

• Please report bugs in the Correct Sub forum, and also search before posting to reduce duplicate threads.
  
  
• CTRL + C will automatically copy the players coordinates to the computers clipboard for you. Please provide this when reporting level design issues vice versa.
  
  
• Both AMD and Nvidia have video capture features. Its much better to provide video footage of an issue if its too complex to describe. (You can use https://streamable.com/) to upload and post links of the videos.)

Performance + Crashes

• Please also keep providing feedback regarding performance :) What are your specs, is it server lag or client. vice versa.
  
  
• When reporting crashes, please try and describe what the player was doing prior to the crash and reproduction steps if possible.
  
  
• The game will automatically copy the error log to your clipboard but you can also find the ue4 crash log in your local app data/scum folder which contains more information for the developers

Duplication bugs

Lets be fair and say, please report these bugs privately to a moderator on discord/steam or a developer. Video footage would be amazing for reproducing the issue!

Known Issues:

Seems that a server wipe does fix this issue [temporary], but its up to the server owner
Or wait till the developers decide what route they want to go down.

I was getting a lot of "connection lost" whilst driving a vehicle. either next to a man made base or a big town or thru woodland areas. open roads was fine but anywhere else I was crashing a lot. Hope this helps.

once again i build 20+ walls and release hot fix that deletes them all apart from the one im building seriously this is a joke now i no it is alpha but come on complete wipe of my walls twice in two days 2 days off wasted time now :(

During the EA phase try not to get attached to gear and bases. Mistakes happen, developers are human like the rest of us.

Have already verified files, restarted and even removed all my local saves in case of name/save conflicts. Local play works (2 min test with a new save)

Wait for the servers to update and go from there. if it still occurs then try a new character.

I can't make a character on server 7, haven't been able to do it for 24 hours, and I can't log in on my past character. Please reread my post

Soo you scroud up the patch last day, and say sorry to us and did a roll back for all our bases got deleted, and now you put out they same patch and same problem all our bases is gone agian.. and now you are saying dont get attached to gear and bases?
DOO A ROLLBACK AGIAN WE WhANT our bases back we spend weeks on to build...
Iam not agianst wipe for making progess whid they game, but it shoudent happend 10 times in they same week then its NOO POINT ON PLAYING to they game is finsiht...

Its a progressive thing, it can take 20 minutes to an hour (each server is different as not all servers update at the exact same time)
