But why more markers ? The existing ones should be removed

Its simply, if the game is about survival, no magic marker !
No fast respawn
No more magic benefits for squads
That communication and information and so movement and shooting on targets need more time without extra marker is the natural drawback. Removing this drawback make the strongest stronger and the weakest weaker.
The maximum i could support is a "Name Marker" if you aim at someone for one second. And then Green for Team, White for random, Red for people that allready have killed you (or red = If one of their team have killed one of your team, to say it more detailed)
Like D4 key 5
And then you really say something like
D4 key 5 the forest under the houses at the street

you can even use they keynumbers to give a more detailed area. Like
D4 key5 Subkey6
Means Key 5 and then (of there would be a grid inside the keypad grid) the right side aka 6
Means i would say it like
D4 key5 sub 6
