Uncrafting bundles of rags

Before I post this up as a bug, making sure I'm not losing my mind...

I'm trying to uncraft a bundle of rags into rags for my rainbow flag display on my base. I've tried:

1. Right click (no uncraft option)
2. Have in hands, right click (no uncraft option)
3. Knife in hands, rags in inventory (no uncraft option)
4. Knife in hands, rags on ground (no uncraft option)
5. Both knife scenarios with scissors (no uncraft option)

What's up with this? Am I missing something?

I haven't played in a couple days, but I remember uncrafting a bundle of rags that was sitting on the ground - did not have anything in my hands I think... I vaguely recall that I held down the "F" key, and it gave me the option to uncraft them.

Hold F or right click from inventory should work.

AFAIK, right click is the same as F (context menu), but double checked that as well:

Some crafting stuff still seems to be very counter intuitive.

Is it possibly a spawned bundle?

I don't see a knife... I see an axe...

EDIT : Just spawned a bundle is SP... couldn't uncraft it... weird.
