Have you probably not taken into consideration that your female char is configuired weaker thus getting more and faster exhausted while water consumption seems to be a thing now?

I tried that and I had to lower the weight of my loadout around 25 kgs in order to not get the "overweight" warning everytime when moving.

I had to create a new character because of this. Not really an issue because my initial female character was kind of a joke. I made the fattest 35 year old woman with the biggest boobs possible. She ate 18.5Kg of food and drank 4.5L of fluids in less than one game-day. She pooped 17 times, peed 17 times and had diarrhea 3 times in that amount of time and mostly had a negative calorie balance. It seems fat people are a parody in this game?
