Wood Building degrade at rate of 0.5% per day (i checked it on palisade) so to full destroying of base it will take 200 days.
It's survival game dude, it shouldn't be easy peasy
But repairing a Car should be more expensive and use more than just toolboxes at least also metal scrap should be needed in order to repair a Car.
+1 base repair
-1 for redundant thread
Wooden structure repair main problem is you need to repair every piece of it and it consumes full log every time even when you repair only 1 %. Snapped together pieces of wall/tower should be repaired together or material consumption should be according to % what i repair (should use one log to repair 100 wood wall posts with 1% missing.
Scrap is the real issue now. You need a ton of it. We need some kind of reliable scrap generation like you should be able to demolish car wrecks for scrap (with right tools) like its suggested.
The patch is out for nearly 1 week now, so we'll probably focus on the problems that we already know of and collect some extra feedback on things like the ones you mentioned.
