How to unlock assassin?

So far I've been trying different ways to go through a level without killing or alerting anyone and I can't find a way

Doctor.

Doctor is by far the easiest. Although sometimes RNG will give you a really difficult task even for doctor, about 3 retries on 1-1 and I got assasin.

I too did it with the Doctor, but I think it depends on the first floor missions, some can't be done stealthfully (or at least I couldn't).

I just unlocked the assassin while using the thief. I got lucky and got a rescue and a retrieve mission on the first stage. :)

I did it with the scientist without even trying, so I imagine its easy with him too- but the dev says doctor :)

Can be done with the thief as long as you don't get a neutralize mission. Will take a few tries though.

Scientist is also a good candidate. You can freeze any goons that get in your way, use the computers while they are frozen to unlock any doors if necessary (if they are carrying the key). You can also use their tranquilizer gun to take anyone out (including neutralize targets). Try and hit them from behind and they won't aggro either.

did it with thief right after i learnt the requirements

Also, I'm not sure if that works, but you could try to do "neutralize" missions by paying someone to kill the target. Don't know whether this will count as your kill or not.

Scientist, the tranqdarts are op af. Just hit them from a distant, wait a few seconds, boop, neutralized/knocked out. Def the easiest way to go, the traits also help a whole lot (super gud with komputors). Just stay away from the goriras

Did it with the thief after unlocking window cutters and wall bypassers, then scummed new games until I got a first level that could be done stealthily

get someone else to comple the level in mp
and walk to the elvlevtor

I find scientist best for this. Just use tranq darts from behind. Very easy.

just use thief on the 1-1 and restart until all you get 2 passive missions.

teleport and box will make it super easy to speed run the first stage.
