do i need the dlc's?
I was looking at the steam store and saw that there were a good amount of dlc's, and some of them add new units are they worth it, do I need them? I'm just wondering

Hunter and prey is the best one, adds a lot of buildings or structures and some other things.
You can still use the new units in mp if the host has the DLC.

Most of the new units and gameplay are added in free DLC/updates. Most of the DLC just adds maps and scenarios (which you can then have a friend join to play on without needing them to buy it).

The only paid DLC that adds units is Hunter / Prey. And again if you play multiplayer only the host needs to own the DLC and everyone can use the new units.
