Flickers and other oddities

On the units, the lights sometimes flicker. The yellow ones that are, presumably, their propulsion things.
Is this supposed to be or am I having some vague graphics artifacts?
I'm also sometimes getting very slight sound artifacts. The crispy kind of buzz you hear if you mess with the plug of your speakers or headphones. Could be lag or performance related.
I doubt this is graphical lag, benchmark was fine.

Also, my camera sometimes moves really sluggish, but maybe that's a feature during dialogue?
It's fine if I use mouse right button drag and drop, but if I move the cursor to the window borders, it feels a little delayed and slow.

Hm. I noticed some graphics flickering on the resource extractors (both metal and rads) between two player colors. That was during a 90 minutes AI match I was spectating and I think it got worse/more with time.
I didn't encounter any audio glitches though, except the issue when many of the same sounds overlap or play at the same time and result in increasing their volume exponentially... Nothing like your problem though.

Can you spectate AI vs AI yet?

Try turning off shadows to see if that gets rid of flickering/arifacts?
