Setting up assembly?
Any way to set yourself queue somehow? Assembling 50 HE grenades is little painful. Any ideas? How to get out of this assembly hell?

it's a catch 22, the easiest way to avoid long ques is to go to the factories at the forward bases. unfortunately they tend to be low leveled and you have to apply technology to be able to build everything that you want (not to mention that tech might be needed elsewhere). However, having multiple sources of gun production can help an advance tremendously.
the other thing to keep in mind is that each crate of weapons you make contains more than one weapon. you may only need 5 crates for 50 nades.

You talking about crates or weapons/ammo/tools? With crates you can queue up 4 at a time, with weapons if you really need 50HE nades then you should bring someone with you and have them help. Communication and teamwork make (or break) every mechanic in this game.

Trucks would be a suicide run he's talking about frontline use here I think. That's halftrack at the least since trucks are disabled by 3-4 rifle shots and once it's knocked out it's a sitting duck that takes way too much to repair. Halftrack can take a bullet and keep on trucking plus it's a firing platform for MG on support.

As for getting it out in the first place get some help, if you're planning a push with a halftrack and need guys to help blow foxholes skyhigh while your MG's supressing they'll line up quick. Who would say no to their own grenada dispenser that fires back?

We've taken more than one point using a supply that got to the fighting line on time...

last month scrapping was too slow, today there are too much defense, not enough explosive, and so on ... what's the point of speeding everything up ? go play RWR for instant action without consequences..
