How to kill enemies under the tent?

Player for only a few minutes. Greatly impressed by the setting and atmosphere.

Encountered enemies hiding under the tent few times and empties few catriges on them but nothing. Couldn't kill them.

Bug, glich, or am I doing something wrong?

Oh I see, that's a foxhole and fires automatically. Q: I guess it can not be destroeyed by the pistol? I need to use granades? Where to get granades? Also, can I enter the enemy foxhole?

At your factions Town Halls, you can uselly withdraw some gear to use to get right into the fight without being forced to make it yourself.
If you wnt to make it yourself, go mine scrap, process it into basic materials, then fabricate it into wpns, ammo, grenades etc.

I wouold heavilly suggest you join the Foxhole Discord, then read the rules for it. Then go read, and watch, the Tutorial Guides the community has pinned for the attention of new players.
That will give you a much bettter idea on what yo do, when to do it and etc.

Yes figured it out soon after but boy was i trying hard to kill the unexisting but persistent soldier under the "tent" 😁

a few grenades will kill the person inside the foxhole and a few more will destroy it. Mortars work even better but you'll need a crew of people to keep it supplied.

Is there a knowledge base anywhere with precise information ie. what can be destroyed with which weapon and how much damage is needed?

(I've checked the wiki but it is very vague)

haha, this is not the first one that called them tents. there was a streamer a week back that left foxhole because he couldnt kill the enemies under the ''tarp'' (and to be fair, the map he joined was just a lil glitched at the time)

anyway, those are foxholes, it takes around 3-4 rifle magazines to blow them up I think, 5 grenades and 2-3 mortar shells.
