Mission 11 new recruit?

Maybe I'm just missing something obvious, but who is the new female recruit they talk about in mission 11? I thought it was Avril on my first playthrough, but she isn't with Trigger at that point, right? I figured this time around it was Huxian, but she was in an earlier mission too. Is it just an unnamed character?

The dialogue goes as follows:

Cyclops 3 Fencer: One of the new recruits talks a lot. Swears a lot too.
Cyclops 2 Count: That girl swears more than me.
Cyclops 4 Huxian: It's not just the swearing either. She's got quick fists too.
Cyclops 2 Count: I thought you'd say that.

Fencer is referring to Count, the new recruit, who talks and swears a lot.
Count then says Huxian swears more than him.
Huxian refers to herself in third person that she has quick fists.

Ok, I guess it was Count's line that made me confused. I thought "that girl" = "new recruit".

I'm very bad at paying attention to in game dialogue when I'm actively flying. In Yinshi valley I kept mishearing Mihaly's "the better one is mine" line as "the bedouin is mine.

You would think I'd be doing better after 46 hours.
