Fanatical Pre-order Content Error, + resolved

Unfortunately, your order did not come with the Pre-Release content as advertised. Please accept our apologies for the worry and disappointment the lack of bonus content will have caused.

We've contacted our supplier about this and will be delivering the additional (Pre-Release purchase bonus) content via a separate key early next week.

We appreciate that this is inconvenient, but please rest assured that we are working and corresponding with the licensor to resolve this ASAP.

Got mine for razor game store and it is missing preorder plane and skins.... attempting to explain that it was not included in key. lol

It's not exclusive to Fanatical.
I got mine from Voidu (Deluxe Edition), and didn't get the F-4 and 3 skins either.

If you check the store page, this content is now part of the launch edition, that will be available until March, so it seems Bandai Namco either supplied the wrong keys to some stores, or didn't configure the depots correctly.

Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Thanks for the update.

I contacted Voidu, and I got a similar explanation (except, they already sent me a new key).
So, it seems Bandai Namco made a mistake with the keys it sent to some stores.

Hopefully everyone will get the missing content soon.

apprentlly fanatical isn't the only 3rd party site that got standard "keys" and other 3rd party sites will have to issue seprate dlc keys to fix this as well

yeah ridiculous honestly, i understand that "it's just some plane skins" but its blatant false advertisement, which i cant let slide

Its not false advertisement, its just an honest mistake, one that is getting corrected.

ya this mistake fall under steam/Publisher for issues wrong "keys" to 3rd parties

on that note its more then just 3 skins.. The F4-E phantom is a flyable craft in MP and SP.. Im not sure if its "better" then the default starting craft but it could have made a diffrence for the first 48hs of online play ..

The F-4 isn't really better than the default starting craft tbh. Its actually pretty well balanced, has its own strengths and weaknesses that dont really make it better or worse. It all comes down to the feel of the aircraft on a per person basis.

But thats just for single player, since I most likely wont be touching multiplayer at all. At least not for the forseeable future anyway.

I was going to order it tonight, but if I don't get the pre-order bonus as its says it's still up I can wait for a deep sale.

If you order it on steam, you should be able to get the bonuses no issue. It seems the bonuses issue is for 3rd party sites only I ordered my version from steam, and got the bonuses no problem. So just keep that in mind.

the MP is like 90/10 of the reason to own this title..

the SP is ok.. but man the MP is rocking.. its epic right now..
