XBOX ONE Controller being recognized but not working.

Having an issue with my Xbox one controller. When i start the game, and i start using my controller the game recognizes that i have a controller plugged in. It pops up on the screen of the main menu. However, when i go to use it nothing happens. I cant navigate using the controller. I tried both of my controllers and it still doesn't work. Looking for some help on what could be the issue.

Not encountered this issue or seen anyone else with one like this, best I can suggest is to try Gearbox support at this stage.

have you gone to the big picture mode and "enabled" configuration in the advanced settings? What have you ticked in the steam/settings for controller input?

I have not tried big picture mode yet. I will give that a shot. Thanks.

Hey man. That worked! Thanks alot. Weird how i had to do this for this game, but i didnt have to do it for other games like hitman 3 and halo infinite. Im guessing because this is an older game? Anyways thanks again.
