Cant change the language in Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition

I bought the Full Clip Edition here in germany, and for some reason it only allows me to choose german in the language settings for the game in steam client. All the languages seem to be in the game directory, but I cant find out how to make the game use english. The language is in english, but everything else is german.

Ich kann auch nichts auswählen, und die deutsche Synchro ist um meilen besser, wär *hit wenn ich mit englischer spielen müsste
